Hazelmere's Terms of Service

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

Visual references are preferred, but not necessary.

All paid work will be invoiced through Paypal in USD.

The client will be invoiced a flat fee upon commencement of the commission.

Invoices are due within 3 days of receipt.

A payment plan may be negotiated where the fee exceeds $300.

The client is entitled to cancel a commission at any time.

If a commission is cancelled, the client is entitled to a full refund with expenses incurred by the artist deducted.

As a general guide, lineart will incur an expense of 25% of the full fee. Flat colours will incur an expense of 50%.

Once a commission is complete, the payment will no longer be refundable.

A reasonable number of changes may be requested by the client. Any major changes should be requested at the sketch stage. Smaller details may be changed at a later stage.

Any error that is my fault will be reasonable to change.

Updates will be sent to the client by their preferred method of communication.

Full illustrations will have at least three updates: the sketch, the lineart, and the flat colours.

When finished, the client will receive a high-res, unwatermarked version for personal use.

Modern weapons

Gore

Extreme fetishes (ask if unsure)

Complex outfits or props.

Wings and extra body parts.

Upon completion, the artwork may be posted publicly by myself and the client.

If the client wishes to remain anonymous, their name may be omitted from any publication of the artwork.
